Welcome on the web page for Data Economy Congress guests.

The registration form is below. After you fill it in, the participant data will be checked. When the organizer approves of it, you will receive a confirmation of being entered to the Guest list.

It is a name invitation and it enables you to take part in the Congress free of charge. The invitation includes lectures, networking and materials concerning the substance.

Reporting person's data:

Reporting person does not have to be a participant. This person is a representative of the company, which reports the participant of the Conference and with whom we can contact in case of registration issues.

The person registering the Guest is at the same time a participant

Regulations

Invitation allowed to free participation in congress.
The invitation includes lectures, materials concerning the substance and networking.
Upon the reception of the application form, a confirmation will be sent
Resignation ought to be sent by registered mail to the address of the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to change the agenda of event.
This invitation is personal and may not be passed on to a third party.
Participation in the Congress includes:
1. the consolidation of the Participants' image in the form of analog or digital photography, internet streaming, videograms or audiovisual works during the Event;
2. the processing of personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018 p.1000) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically including identifying badges worn by the Participant's in a visible place including the information: first name, surname and company

Agreement is voluntary.I agree to receive from the Event Partners (list available here) e-mails, text messages (SMS) containing commercial content and telephone contact in order to present commercial content. Agreement is voluntary.I agree for the processing of my personal data, namely my image, in the form of photographs and video recordings of the event organised by the Administrator which are then placed on the Administrator's website/social media channels/marketing materials. Agreement is voluntary.I agree to the processing of my personal data in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons in connection to the processing of personal data and regarding the free flow of such information and the repealing of directive 95/46/WE in order to send marketing information regarding products or services of the Administrator and its partners (the current list of partners can be found on the website). Agreement is voluntary. I agree to receive trade information electronically from the Administrator in accordance with the Electronic Services Act of the 18th of July 2002 (Journal of Law 2002, No. 144 position 1204). Agreement is voluntary.I agree for the usage of telecommunications equipment and automatic systems resulting in direct marketing by the Administrator in accordance with the Telecommunication Act of the 16th of July 2004 (Journal of Law 2014, position 243 as amended).
